tried to rip me off for bike service. poor advice from staff. if they were trained in complete honesty regarding products i would have been better off sooner and just purchased a new bike from them. lost sale and wont be going back again for anything.

Staff unaware of products they sell. When I asked a staff member if they sell mineral disc brake fluid oil for bicycles the answer ,"was not sure" and walked off. Is that it!!! This isn't a level of customer service I would expect from a Halfords store it could have been easier to say sorry I'm just serving another customer and I will be back to help you or direct me to another staff member. But to say not sure without checking , Halfords clearly sell disc brake fluid. Sorry I will purchase else where now.

I was a bit sniffy about buying a bike from Halfords but they were one of the very few places who had them available. I’m delighted to say I was wrong. The bike is great quality and the service from Halfords was excellent. Miles, who built my bike and explained everything thoroughly was superb. Clearly loves his job and getting people onto bikes. He gave me confidence to get on a bike after 35 years.

I used the tablet by the windscreen wiper blades to enter my car reg to determine the wiper blades needed. It was quick and gave me a choice of options, that were in stock in the store. Staff wore appropriate PPE and I was served promptly.

The staff at my local store have always been helpful and friendly. The range of items is good for a small store and the Click and Collect service has worked well every time for non-stock items.
