Amazing service.
We recently bought windows for our citroen relay van from these guys. Dealing mainly with Trudy in the Somerset branch, she couldn't have been more helpful. Unfortunately when the widows came to being delivered they were broken, Trudy did all she could to source more as we had a fitting date booked, the new glass arrived the day before said fitting date, again one of the panels broken, nothing to do with supplier i may add. All down to couriers.
With 24 hours to go untill these are ment to be fitted, i then had the pleasure of speaking with the Birmingham branch who had received a delivery of new stock that morning of what i was now missing. The young lad i spoke to had a word with the boss after i explained my situation and he personally drove down to south wales that morning and hand delivered the missing glass. What can i say, excellent customer service, i will shouting your priases to everyone. Well done guys. One very happy customer.
