Visited the store to look for some handle-bar grips for my boyfriends BMX. While we where browsing no member of staff even seemed to be interested in coming over to ask if we needed help. They all seemed to gather at the till in a group and just seemed to stare at us. We went over to the till to pay and where not even greeted to with a 'hello' or 'how are you' just a miserable bunch of staff around some computers.

My boyfriend then asked if they stocked 100% Chromoly BMXs but they didn't even know what we was talking about, nor did they seem interested in finding out what we was asking for. Not very good for a store that sells bikes!

We paid and left, but my boyfriend was unsure how to place the handle grips onto his bike. A member of staff walked out and he asked him if he could help him fix them on, but he got a blunt reply of 'use hairspray' and then walked off. Such helpful and friendly staff. Not.

This is the best service garages at the moment. Very good workmanship from the stores to the garage at fast fit out back. Good on prices for all the bling you need for ya car. Great stereos and speakers subs as well. Very comprehensive range of cleaning proudut, sprays in tins and all you services parts. I they haven't got it in store they will get it normally same day. Or next. The garage is very well equipped with lots of different types of work covered. Very clean service as you never find anything left in car or on body. Very helpfully team the best.

They have an excellent range of goods for bikes, cars, parts, and other household items, but what let it down for me was the member of staff who served me, he was rude, dropped my item on the floor, no apology, and when I left it was a " have a nice day" which he couldn't even look at me when he said it, looking towards the staff sitting about with no masks on at the time, and also the stupid barrier Infront of the counter was pathetic, having to stretch across to reach in getting your item and pay, I was dissatisfied with the whole lot and won't be back. Staff no on invoice was AJB54.

Needed blown brake light bulb replaced contacted wilko no problem we will fit it for £4 plus lamp service was brilliant car taken sorted well done 5x highly recommend

Always helpful staff, and friendly banter in store, good prices too, not many car shops about anymore so good to see shops like this still about.

I have been using Wilco Motor Spares & Tyre company for a great many years. Two front tyres fitted this week. A1 service as always. A big thank you to the workshop manager.

3 staff working not very helpful and thankyou would not go a miss
Will use ebay next time
