Halfords - Corby

My windscreen has been chipped by a stone and needed a minor repair. On Friday I managed to book an appointment for next Tuesday with our local Halfords and for 40 pounds I had it repaired so quickly and I cannot tell that where the initial issue was! Amazingly professional staff, very nice and friendly, I felt so reassured during the whole process. Autoglass had asked at least double the price for the same job! Well done Halfords!

Always helpfull, never feel like I'm being ripped off and they can't do enough to help you and I got a free bulb replacement as the last person didn't want it, who dose that these day! So only charged for fitting. Great job.

Went to Corby Halfords . Served by a pleasant young lady, Tazmin. And work carried out by another pleasant & knowledgeable staff Luke. Service was so quick & efficient. Beats queuing at garage for hours on end . Thankyou.

Quiet and tidy place, friendly staff. I found perfect car seat for my little one and Luke help me a lot and answer on all my questions!

Since movjng to Corby in 2015, on every occasion that I have been into Halfords the staff have always been polite, professional and incredibly helpful.
I just hope they receive the recognition due from their Head Office.

Ordered engine coolant using the click and collect service, order confirmation came through via email with no mention of needing anything apart from bring your order confirmation number.
My partner goes to the store to collect the items (email confirmation fwd onto her) however the staff refuse to give the goods as they demanded ID. No where at all either on their website nor on the confirmation did it say to bring identification for proof of age whilst purchasing this particular item.
Resulted in an unnecessary journey into store to collect items which should’ve been collected first time round. Poor customer service! Essentially you’re expected to be a mind reader when buying from Halfords online!
