Had a detachable tow ball and dedicated 13 pin wiring fitted to our 2012 tiguan. Dan arrived around estimated time and got stuck in straight away.I have always been wary of letting other people work on my cars but decided as the car is can-bus and needs coding I should let a pro do the job.Need not have worried, Dan is very polite, professional, conscientious.
