Waiting 15 minutes at collection door but no opening door to give my part also it was pick up time slot . When I knock window for attention then a person come out and was very rude that why I knock window .
Comon TPS do something . Why not put a doorbell when customer arrived at collection they can ring bell for your attention. Because since pandemic you still kept door shut.

I deal with this company on a daily basis, nothing is ever too much trouble, every staff member is very professional and welcoming. The phones are answered very promptly. Deliveries are great and punctual and collection of parts just require a simple phone call to the branch when outside.

Original VW parts available, I had a cam shaft sensor for VW Golf GT sport and it removed the EPC light I was getting on the dash , the aftermarket sensor that was on the car was no good. Excellent , thanks 👍🏼

My husband went to buy parts today at 12.45. He was told the invoice machine was turned off so couldn't put through any sales. He pointed out to them they were supposed to be open to 1pm, but they did nothing, just said again it's off. Rude, inconsiderate staff. Customer service -non existent. Will not be going back there.
