Euro Car Parts, Abergele

Staff on the phone where very helpful and friendly, HOWEVER there was a woman on the desk when I went in to collect a part that was ordered and paid for in advance. She was the snottiest, most arrogant, ignorant person I'd ever dealt with and would put me off ever using this store again. The other staff in the past no issues but Ms Attitude is what will cost them customers, definitely bad for business.

I went into this branch of euro car parts and there was a young lady behind the desk, very polite and helpful, couldn't of asked for more from a counter staff worker, would definitely recommend this abergele branch 👍

Usually a great place to go for car parts but I had a lot of problems with my latest purchase from euro car parts and customer service problems. Ordering online was smooth and easy as usual then I decided to collect from store. After picking up the Bosch s4 battery at around £110 on the 11th I decided to check the date stamp on the battery and noticed it said it was made in august 2011. So I decided to return it straight after collecting it as batteries deteriorate over time regardless to being used or not.
The ‘woman’ at the desk was rude after I asked can I take it back as the battery was almost half my age and batteries deteriorated over time. Rather than being respectful of my decision to return it she said she could test it and it doesn’t matter about the batteries age and it would be fine and work. when it probably wouldn’t have been. Any way after her being arrogant, I left after fighting for a refund. Still till this day I haven’t received a refund and had to call head office 2 weeks later. Head office apologised for her attitude and said a refund should be provided asap.
Final thought, there’s lots of people who would be passionate about their jobs and suit the role better, instead they went for an arrogant, disrespectful uneducated person to fit the role badly who clearly didn’t want to work there and couldn’t give a monkey about customer service.

Ordered wipers early September. First 2 pairs didn't fit so they made a 'special oder', as they said my car was not standard. 3rd set didn't fit either.
When I called to query the problem, I was told that they just didn't stock the right parts.
Obviously!
I wont be using this company again.

Good service, had what I wanted at a reasonable price.

Use euro parts at home all the time used this one when working on a family members car there just as good as the one at home staff very good nothing to much trouble

Awful tried to charge £174 for a relay for a T4 then next customer £42 for a bulb at least we both had a laugh as we left got my part for £30 genuine vw part
