Had new battery fitted today very pleased with the way it was carried out Kyle the fitter had a few problems but it didn’t bother him and he was ver pleasant all the time he was working on my car top marks to him

Absolute joke of a store. Attended there as online showing stock for Air Conditoning refrigerant. Arrive at the store to advise they have the gas but no pumps beside the website saying they have.

When asked if they can fill the gas they say their gauge is broken and to attend bridgend where they will assist.

Drive all the way to bridgend when the advisor / manager at llantrisant told me to and there is no gas absolutely waste of space Llantrisant halfords!!! Waste of fuel driving between places. I wi go elsewhere and definately wont rely on this company again!

Went for a 5 point check and a air con check at Llantrisant, appointment booked for 12:15 went in and was told to put the car under the tent, I sat in the car for 40 minutes waiting for someone to come out a man came out asked me some questions and then disappeared again got a further 10 minutes, came out asked me to start the engine put all the lights on, he told me I got a light out which I knew about, looked at my windscreen and said that’s my check complete… he then walked away for a father 5 minutes came back and went to test my air con but because my pump was behind the engine he isn’t legally allowed to touch it told me they weren’t able to do the test and told me to go a garage like ford to get it tested…. Then walked off left me sitting there before I was told that everything was complete and they now need the bay to help another customer!

My Grandson and I took his Bike into Store and from that moment onward we had their undivided attention and expertise.Thanks Halfords Team.

Can't fault them, sorted me out with numerous bulbs that needed replacing. Slick and efficient no matter the time or day :)

Dreadful experience.

Went today to collect a new bike. Watched two employees drag the box from the back to the front of the store. On inspection, the forks were badly scratched where the box had worn through. Staff unfriendly, unhelpful, and to quote, “cycle to work isn’t worth the hassle”.

On top of this they try to upsell bike care, when they can’t be trusted to present a new boxed bike for collection.

Replacement ordered, so hopefully will have a bike to collect at some point.
