Really helpful female member of staff, we were buying cycling helmets and she took time to go through the different options and size them for us, all the time she was really patient and friendly then once we’d made our choices she advised us on the best discounts that could be applied to the sale. We ended up saving a lot of money. What’s not to like? 5 star treatment and service. Thank you 😊

What a fantastic service. I attended here to get new bulbs fitted in my car. The lady on the desk was informative and guided me to the right bulbs with best suitability for my needs. They advised me to join the car club free of charge that meant I got £5 off my bill. The gentleman named Gary fitted my bulbs with no issues, it took all of 5 minutes and was friendly and assuring.
I really appreciate the service provided by the staff at this store.Thank you

I can't thank Keith and Gary enough for all their help today. I came into store a mess after having my number plate stolen while in work this afternoon, which was pointed out to me while driving. They were amazing helping me get back on the road safely. Thank you for helping a stressed nurse out. You are truly awesome

Don't ring the number they put you through to a call centre they are useless. I rang to find out if they had an adaptor for a trailer board in stock at Port Talbot shop she assured me they did, we called down there and they didn't what a waste of a call and a journey. However the staff at the shop were fantastic that's why the 4 stars

Went in to get engine oil and was greeted by a gentleman called Tim who was lovely and welcoming, showed us what oil to get and was giving us tips which was really useful. All in general a lovely experience

Dreadful customer service. Got an email to say the part was ready but it had not been picked. There were 3 or 4 available on the shelf but they seemed unable to work out to just give me the part off the shelf; then the manager started basically being rude. Awful service Port Talbot

Baglan branch have been a real helpful team, after being left down and overcharged at their llansamlet branch. hanks to Chris the bike repair guy, and ,dan who initially set up my repair. Whole team did actually work as a team to help the customer
