Service was great when I went to collect my new bike today. Lewis made sure I knew how everything worked (it was an electric bike) and that my seat was adjusted to a height I was happy with before leaving the store. Thank you!

Picked up a new bike today, the Pendleton ebike. Service was much better than expected. Advisor took the time to make sure I was fully clued up with everything I needed to know - removing and replacing battery, charging, turning both the battery and motor on and off and changing gears. Seat was adjusted to a height I was comfortable with so I could ride away. Also bagged a couple of free accessories. Thanks Halfords. Keep up the good work!

Good service! The staff are approachable and helpful. I took my sons bike here to have a service and fair play to them,they didn't charge for the work done. They could have easily fleeced me but didn't. I really respect them for the work that they do and how they treat people. Well worth going there for bikes and their accessories.

Visited the store today and your employee Georgia was amazing! She helped me choose what engine oil I needed and topped it up for me. She exceeded my expectations and is a credit to your store! Will defiantly be coming back for the excellent service!

I went to Merthyr Halfords this morning I had bought a new car that had some issues the young lady that served me was excellent,very pleasant and helpful a credit to the company. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name.

I took a visit to Halfords for my personalised plate to be registered and fitted I was sorted by Jess she was extremely helpful with a lot of knowledge thank you ever so much again life saver I’d give a score 20 out of 10 for the whole experience 😁

The two guys that we have dealt with here, were friendly and incredibly helpful. I would have given you 5 stars, if it weren't for the rude, unbrupt and rather unpleasant young girl on the till, she let the side down. She would benefit from some customers training.

Young lady replaced my lights. Very patient good work and explained exactly what she was doing and why. Very tidy work
