Convenient, undoubtedly, but this place is dated. Having said that, and, whilst you may not find what you want every time, the staff are helpful and informative, and usually, approachable. I have been a customer for well over 10 years, and will continue to be so, as long as the customer service remains consistent.

I just entered this place of business regarding some brake fluid and have previously pointed out that I am exempt from wearing a mask. I was asked to stand in the corner like a dog as I am exempt from doing so. Shocking to be treated like this by another human being under the false pretense of safety for others. I am exempt for a reason and will not be treated like this as a precursor to any action. Shocking narrow minded individuals who have nothing better to do than try and make themselves feel better by belittling customers who do not abide by their new found authoritative stance! Will never do business here again

The parts are good, but anytime we ring and query a part they say they don't know we should take it home if its not right return it, which is OK but of course if they had some more experience it would help. Otherwise they are always friendly and willing to help as much as they can! Ao thats all we can ask for but I wouldn't personally call if I needed advise :)

I bought a socked with the wrong size that was over 17£ and when I went to take it back I could not get a refund but only choose and item of lower value instead. Not what I want it but I can comply. I choose something over a pound less on value to change instead, then they tell me I have to pay over 3£ for it cos a discount was applied to it, I politely say that I would change for something cheaper instead and they say I can't do that and I need to pay it to leave. Also being very rude, saying they are not in the tool rental business. Honestly made me want to cry, I paid the money and left. I am speechless.
