Reasonable parts, although some brands lack quality. Good prices, but very slow service. Nearly every time I go in I spend an age watching people in the office ignore me. Even the manager seems happier doing paperwork than servicing the customer at the desk. Coild be so much better so easily.

To go collect the said item for the manager to ignorantly refuse to honour the agreement and commence to give a member of staff a dressing down in front of a customer ( me) I walked out in disgust and I will never support this company again !!!!

did not bother to answer the phone .last week i went to the store after waiting 5 mins i left as no body got out their of their chairs to serve me

Rude & unhelpful for a second time.
Customer service person Emily is beyond rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. She says they do not stock popular parts for the popular Golf GTI. Go to any other motor factors but Euro car parts.

Most of the staff are grumpy, parts are expensive, customer services are bad, break calipers are expensive, twice the price of new even with a discount and the two that I bought were poor quality, one failed within a year.

Horrendous customer service. Not one person in the shop. After being acknowledged through the window I waited 12 minutes for them to finish their conversion. As the happy man ( not ) walked through the door, not one attempt was made to apologise for the wait or a reason for him to ignore a customer while he chats. staff training needed.

No matter how much you can pre order or buy online, there is nothing like the personal touch. Here you can get the best of both worlds, reserve online, local pickup and good human advice.

Always helpful great prices and fast service if nothing in stick they can usually get it by next day if before I think 2pm.. Ame parking
