Wasted my time and money on this place.
First I went this place to do pre mot test and they mentioned some issues and they mentioned the reason for why the engine management light is on.
After that I went to the same place to repair all the issues however they couldn’t sort out the issues with engine management light .
They told there may be a sensor problem and have to change it.
And I went again on 3rd time there but still they couldn’t sort out it as the sensor was new one, even thought they couldn’t
find the issues on 3 rd time and still they charged from me for 34 pound including 30 for labor charge.
Very disappointed with this place.
They can’t identified the issues properly and I don’t think there are well expert

Expensive staff
Had work done at this garage previously on my vehicle they seemed a decent one. However very recently took my vehicle for a simple bulb change and
For 20 minutes work they will charge nearly £20 labour rates.
Just a few miles north a garage charged £10 for a bulb change labour included too. ( same car) had no issues.
* I was not informed parts needed to be removed, just bring the car in the following day**
Look elsewhere, real shame guys. Greed over loyalty 👎🏼

Very helpful advice given to me which in fact cost them a potential sale. When I do need parts for either of our cars I will definitely go back to Roadrunner.

Went to try and find a part for my van, the lads were brilliant in helping me out. Highly recommended for customer service, bits I bought were a good price too.

Really helpful. I ordered a part late afternoon yesterday, and I was there first thing this morning. I have used them many times and never had an issue with them.

I had just put air in my lovely cars tyres at a petrol station , and I lost one dustcap. So I went round roadrunner and asked if they had one dustcap, well they did better than that they had four dustcaps , so that was excellent service even for the smallest cheapest item in the shop , so that says a lot .
