I can't knock the quality of work, but there customer care with me was awful, he told me the car wasn't worth spending any money on then repaired the brake pipes for £350, out came back with bold tyres on the back, which just passed an MOT apparently, which I've just had replaced which the guy said they was pretty bad. They claimed they didn't have a contact number, which I left on a post it on the dash board, they didn't call me or ask for my authorization, claiming I have a bad attitude on the phone and saying they did a good thing for me. I feel I have been treated unfairly.

Swinstead Road Garage, went above and beyond today to sort out my burst tyre. As a new driver very impressed with the service and there is no where else id take my car. Worked late to get my car back to me with the day. Would just like to say a massive thank you.

AVOID! Did some work for me, however my engine light came on within 50 feet of leaving and the owner wanted to charge me an additional £35 to plug a code reader in to see what had caused it. Shame because that moment of greed has cost a 5 star rating. The issue was unrelated to what the garage had done but the customer care was awful

I have been using this Garage since 1969, when I got my 1st car. Ken started it and now his sons have carried it on. Brilliant service and excellent quality service too. Always used them, and always will.

I have been using this Garage for the past 15 years I have always had excellent service they are trustworthy and they never do any work without calling me first my only issue is that it is hard to get booked in as they are always so busy which tells it all really! I will always use this garage for my cars.

So grateful for the how quickly they were able to fit us in especially right before the bank holiday weekend. Car broke this morning, called them and managed to fit us in straight away and it was all fixed and ready to go within a few hours. Really appreciate all of the team. Thankyou
