I phoned up because I was having problems with my BMW 1 series. Unfortunately their diary was fully booked and neither could I leave my car there for a long period of time. But the lady I spoke to over the phone was extremely lovely and helpful, she gave me some advice to keep my car going until I was able to get it into a garage. Thank you very much for your help.

I have always had a great experience with this garage. Very honest and will go out of their way to help. Most recently Dave was very busy but stayed on after hours to look at my brake issue and it was sorted the next morning! Thank you!

Highly recommend this garage. My car required a steering calibration reset. BMW wanted £150 just to have a look. It was just before our family holiday and needed it doing. Phoned Eden, they got me straight in and didn’t even charge me. I was offering to pay something and they insisted not to pay and to have a nice holiday. Not sure how many other garages would do this. Any problems with your BMW then use this garage

Genuine, reliable and extremely helpful. They swiftly diagnoised a few problems with my car and tracked down a very annoying rattle. I couldn't have asked for a better service and will be using Eden Motors for any future servicing or work required. Highly recommended garage.

A fantastic family run garage, Dave, his wife and daughter and the rest of the team are fabulous. Dave is frankly the best garage owner I have weed ever dealt with and knows BMWs inside out, you may have to wait and forward plan as they are victims of their own success but it is 100% worth the wait - unless it is a must for you to have main dealer servicing you would be mad to put you car in a BMW garage when there is a higher level of knowledge, skill and honesty from such a fabulous value Independant garage.
