Excellent service from James and Emma at Kilburn Garage! Would highly recommend this garage for the customer care, quick fault diagnosis and repair and even had my car collected and returned! What more could you possibly need?! Oh and competitively priced! Will now not go anywhere else!

Excellent service and very helpful mechanics. I had some brakes changed and they informed me about some other issues that I needed to keep an eye on. Very competitive on cost too. Having moved up to Kilburn over a year ago I needed somewhere I could trust after being with the same mechanic for five years previously. These guys seem to be just what I was looking for. Can't recommend enough.

Excellent work and a very fair price.
You wont find a more honest and friendly garage than this.
Even though I didn't ask for it I was shown some "before and after" photographs of the work done to the engine and had the work explained to me.

Awful service. Last year the guys that worked there were great, we both had our MOTs done at Kilburn so thought it'd still be the same this year, nope! Very brash man came across awfully to the pair of us. My partner pre-booked an MOT with him then was snottily told he can't do it as there's a long crack right down the middle of his windscreen...it was a built in aerial. He wouldn't accept that and told him to go get it checked(!) So he just got his MOT elsewhere. I was already booked in so left it and just hoped I'd have someone else, not knowing this guy had recently taken over and it's only him now. He failed it on things that past without even comment there last year that certainly shouldn't have changed in 12 months! Then when it came to payment tried to add £5 on!! I booked through their Facebook page messages, a page in which the profile photo clearly states £35 MOT, like we paid last year. He had the audacity to aggressively tell us no it's £40 and that he doesn't use Facebook!! I said I booked through Facebook and showed him the photos of our exchange just a few days ago!! He kept saying well it shouldn't say 35 anywhere it's 40, look at his website. I said I'd never been on his website I just booked through facebook as before (the website also says MOT prices start at £35). He maintained that he 'doesn't use Facebook' and that it's £40, I told him he's a liar and that if he doesn't handover my car key I'll call the police. He then had the delusion to say 'okay I'll do it for £35 this time...' like there'll be a next time!! 😅 I really don't appreciate a con artist.
Oh, also told him he made a mistake refusing to do my partner's MOT, messing him around, cause there's a crack when it *was* just a DAB aerial, he was completely unapologetic for the error.
Avoid at all costs.

After working in a car garage for the past 10 years I wanted to make sure I was having my car serviced by someone I could trust. I’d heard so many great reviews about James at Kilburn Garage and he did NOT disappoint. He was beyond professional, a fantastic service, communicated all the way so no hair raising bill’s or surprises on collecting my car, actually more than reasonable. I won’t be going anywhere else. James carries out an excellent job every time we need his services, he goes above and beyond to try and get us in ASAP and his prices are very fair, I cannot praise this garage enough!

Great local garage, myself and my wife have been going here for years. Always friendly and professional, with good work done at a fair price. Repairs are done on time and once they fix something it stays fixed.
