As a single female with no mechanical knowledge this garage has been fantastic keeping me safely on the road for years. Rob and the team are friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. They never do anything that isn't required or before it's required. The garage has good acess to all the amenities in Lincoln, so plenty to do if you need to leave your car for a few hours. I really wouldn't go anywhere else.

Excellent Service, I used to drop cars off here when I worked for the AA & RAC, I found myself with a problem today that I couldn't resolve myself as I didn't have the equipment, I visited this garage and the guys where friendly, approachable and very willing to help. They have never let us down, they explain things in a language we understand, do the work required with no hidden costs, and they have offered options when needed, this has built up trust in the service they offer which is very difficult to do nowadays, what an absolute gem in Lincoln, 5 stars from me and I would recommend them to anyone.

I've visited this garage twice over the last couple of years. Blowing exhaust and suspension spring today.
I also had some brake pipes replaced by Rob and his mechanic on my previous visit.

We had our Nissan Qashqai in for repairs after a brake down. The AA said it could be a few things.
Newton and Bailey have started off with a few things that they have done already on others QQ along with what the AA said,
They have been very helpful and honest, this is my first time in using they but I will definitely be using them from now on.

I have a 7 year old Kia and had been going to the car dealership for the duration of the warranty. A few short weeks after that ended they ‘found’ over £2,000 worth of work to do to my car, including replacing the haldex unit. Strange that. I sought a second opinion obvs, and went to see Rob at Newton and Bailey in Lincoln. I had used this garage many times in the past and knew that I could trust him. He did a great job as always and saved me nearly two grand as the haldex did not require changing at all. Honest, reliable and charges a fair price. I will be using him every time from now on.
