I have used K Brown Autos regularly for my vehicles since we moved to Norfolk 9 years ago and as always the service provided is excellent. Lovely staff, a genuinely good experience all round. I would recommend them wholeheartedly. Yesterday was just an MOT but it was done efficiently and a quick turn around.

I was visiting Sandrigham for a week when my car started to make an awful knocking sound after unhitching the caravan. Did a local search on google for garages and K Brown seemed to have the best reviews. This all becomes very apparent once you speak to them. K.Brown were fully booked on the day I called but instead of turning me away they asked me to drop the car off and leave it with them for a couple of hours or at least for a when a ramp became available, so I did. They then proceeded to investigate in my absence and called me back within 30 minutes to advise me that the car was fixed and ready to collect... amazing! All staff were extremely courteous and polite and I'm so glad they were able to help at a moments notice. Thank you to all involved at K Brown.

Annual MOT and bronze service. - Customer service as always friendly and welcoming (even though they were busy first thing). I kept informed as to what was needed to be done and what the costs would be and if I was happy to have the work completed. Can highly recommend them.

I had an issue recently with a faulty rear indicator on my car that worked intermittently, and while I'm always prepared to have a go and fix things myself even I know my limitations. On recommendation from another garage I took it into Brown's, who fixed it in less than a morning and at a really good price to boot. Really pleased and will definitely be booking the car in when I need it servicing.

I had a clutch issue on my Citroen C4 Picasso and K Brown were the only garage locally that could take the car in for repairs immediately. They had diagnosed the issue by 09:30am and called me. The parts were ordered, a clutch fluid pipe, and this was replaced the following day very quickly. I'm very impressed with K Brown's friendly staff, excellent communications and fast repairs. A very friendly and professional team and a very reasonable cost for repairs. Highly recommended.

I have been going K Browns for 5 years and do all service, MOT and maintenance work for all my family. Couldn’t recommend enough. Friendly knowledgeable team. It’s a pleasure to find a genuine honest garage. FYI for those who critique non dealer garages, K Browns have done all my servicing on Jaguar XJs, XFs, AMG Mercedes’, M BMWs and Porsche. Visited again after having a few minor issues on the 25th Nov - all sorted as always.

They fitted a roof bar system to my Freelander 2 first visit. Did a fantastic job with this. Second visit was for a noise, they checked the car, identified it & sorted that plus checked car over and found an issue with 3 bulbs. Called to advise and I said proceed. Both occasions the service has been excellent, communication very good and happy with the price.

As always first class service from K Browns and price for work and very prompt.
This customer won’t be going anywhere else.
