The worst used car sales experience ever. Bought a Delta HF Turbo last September. They delivered the car. The first thing I noticed within 30 seconds of driving was the clutch. It was at the end of its travel. Engine bulkhead rubber grommet not fitted correctly. Engine noise entering the cabin. Took the car to Zagato Lancia. I ended up spending another 3k on it! Bump stops non existent,wrong spark plugs fitted,splash shields missing, I could go on and on. No way was that car going back to them if these two basic faults were not picked up during the used car preparation. They paid for the clutch with out hesitation. That was fitted by Keith at Auto Integrale. Top bloke! Buyers beware of these cowboys. Make sure you get the car checked over as soon as you take delivery by an independent specialist. Ben is no help at all. Still waiting for a drivers side front splash shield. How my car left that workshop I will never understand. Very disappointed.

Travelled nearly 150 miles to see a car they had. Very helpful salesman (imagine Sideshow Bob from the Simpsons). I collected it the next week, picked up at the local train station by the boss as I was on my own and not part exchanging. A good experience. Had the car just about three years and put 63,000miles on it with out problems.

During this current situation (Covid) they have a screen up, around the main desk, a "sanitisation station" when you walk in through the front door and the choice to wear a mask is yours. I felt very safe and they're always super efficient.

I needed help with ordering parts for my Chrysler who no longer have dealers in the UK. As my car was based on a Fiat/Alfa/Lancier, I tried calling several Fiat and Alfa dealers, none of which were interested in helping. I found Walkers Garage whilst trying a long shot google search for Lancier dealers, and despite reading they specialise in the old Lancier Delta's, I game them a call anyway. What took me over 3 hours calling Fiat and Alfa dealers, Ben from Walkers answered my question in minutes. The easy thing to do would be to say it's not a Lancier, I can't help, but even knowing that I wasn't going to order the parts off him, Ben still took the time to find me the correct part numbers for the items I needed to order for my car. Using these part numbers I was able to cross reference with my local motor factors and order the parts. Well done Ben, Thanks for your help.

Yery helpfull good service

This is the 2nd time I've taken my Abarth to walkers for a service and MOT. Great prices and the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. I was offered a courtesy car while my car was in but of you want to wait they have a lovely lancia Delta Evo there to drool over.
