Always use John for work on my VW and he has worked on my Land Rover and Audi in the past. Extremely knowledgeable and has all the tools and expertise, very competitive price and service with a smile, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car!

John and co. really know their stuff. They've fixed every problem I've ever had with my car. It's now my go-to garage for mundane stuff like MOTs, services, tyre changes, to more serious problems. They're really friendly and welcoming, too! Highly recommended.

We took our troublesome 63 plate VW Caravelle to John and Dawn having some knowledge of what the problem might be.
John quickly diagnosed the issues and uncovered other problems which needed to be fixed.
John and Dawn couldn't have been more helpful keeping us updated at every step and allowing us plenty time to decide the best course of action to resolve our issues including liasing with various other professionals in the industry.
Unfortunately for us the issues with the van grew and grew but John and Dawn maintained a professional dialogue going above and beyond to keep us up to date and providing valuable information and support. They even sourced us a courtesy car to keep us on the road.
The quality of the workmanship is outstanding and the van is now running better than ever, it came back valeted and shiny too! Our bill was substantial but for the amount of work and the cost of parts we know we wouldnt have got better value or more honesty and integrity anywhere else.
Straight talking, honest advice and repairs at exceptional value for money. We wont be taking our vehicles anywhere else from now on. Highly recommend.

I have been going to John and Dawn for years (and the other 3 members of my family have been too with their cars). They are both very trustworthy and honest. We have never had a problem with any services they have provided both with cars and in person. They are both so lovely to talk to give you the time of day to have a chat to! They both offer advice for none mechanical things too! I have never had a problem with any work they have carried out on my car. I will be continuing going to them with any car queries and problems! Brilliant service from start to finish. Friendly and professional staff changed my supplied parts and even the cost was a surprise, coming in at under the original quote. They certainly know their stuff and I would definitely highly recommend them!
