Great service, took my 5 series here on recommendation from a colleague. Quickly diagnosed the fault with suspension and completed a service. Honest and fair pricing and a refreshing experience after issues with the main dealer. Will definitely be returning for future work!

Yet to use them yet but had a nice chat with a mechanic there who was very helpful and he spent time showing me how my car logs services. I was looking for a non BMW dealership to get my MOT and service and keep my i-drive up to date and they confirmed they have the kit to do that. Looks like a very professional outfit - will be trying them in march when MOT runs out.

Can’t say enough good things about this garage, friendly, helpful and do great work for a fair price.
They have helped me a lot with our company cars, they take car's in a short notice where dealers want weeks and weeks’ notice, they tell us exactly what's wrong and what needs doing they keep us informed.
We often think it will be a big bill when it goes in if we have a car recovered in and they often fix our car's for a nominal cost as it was only a minor part that failed stopping the car running but that's all it needed.
The biggest thing I can say is we can 100% trust them after more than 3 years of dealing with both the Sale and the Nelson site which is rare thing you can say about a garage these days.
