Called up and got me booked in within the hour job was done in the time he said.
Phone call straight away when it was ready.
And a reasonable price was charged.
Will definitely use again.

I had already had diagnostics performed by a guy recommended to me, which involved removal and reprogramming of the BSI and ECU, this cost me money and achieved nothing. With my car off the road for three weeks I had been calling numerous companies desperately trying to get someone to come out as the car wouldn't start. No other auto electrician I called came out, they either said no or said they would and didn't turn up. Even the garage that said they would have to take it away (and thus would have me over a barrel on pricing) failed to turn up three times.

Simpson's were recommended by a local motor factor and I called them that evening. Steve came out the very next day. He was friendly, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. He diagnosed and fixed the problem so fast he did himself out of more than the basic call out fee, which was around a quarter-half the price of others who quoted and let me down!

Had a drain on the battery on my mondeo titanium x sport. Had the car back over a week now and the problem is sorted. First time I have used them, excellent service, I would highly recommend Auto Electrics and would use them in the future without doubt, hopefully not to soon though.

Airbag warning light was staying on so phoned up and they said bring it in which I did. The guy was great. No messing about, friendly and definitely knew what he was doing. Fixed problem while I was there and still only charged for diagnostic check. Brilliant garage and will use again if any problems

These guy's are fantastic and reasonably priced. They resolved issues I had with my Car/Caravan and towbar. The towbar had been incorrectly wired which these chaps resolved.
