I had an issue with my break's and just didn't have the time to fix them myself. I was very pleased with the service I received. Firstly the phone was answered quickly and politely. The chap on the end of the phone was very positive. I was very pleased I was fitted in at very short notice and I was only with out my car until early afternoon so non of my evening plans needed canceling. The breaks were fixed and the bill was very reasonable. I can highly recommend this garage. The staff are excellent. Hier car's, fuel and M+S food also available on site.

I used To And Fro recovery today to transport my classic car from Somerset to Devon , the staff are polite, friendly, professional and the price very reasonable ,a company I feel I could trust.
Many thanks again,
Richard Luker.

Took 9 days to repair my car. Messed us about numerous times about collection. Our car broke down and was unfortunately towed to this garage. We dealt with Richard. Firstly when we were stranded at this garage they left me and my 4 children standing in the rain and when we asked if there was anywhere we could go to get out of the rain the man said to my husband “you can come in here and your wife and kids can go and sit in the car”. I didn’t realise we had been transported back to the 1950’s!! Our car was stranded 4 hours away from where we live and we struggled every day without it. We explained this to Richard who frankly couldn’t care less. He told us numerous times that it would be ready on a certain day and then moved the goal posts. My husband had to take a days annual leave and spent 4 hours getting down there to sit there for another 4 hours to be told the it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. He had to go back again the next day where again it took long than was explained. All the while we were having to pay for expensive train fairs and miss work. The customer service is shocking. He refused to compensate us at all for messing us around so not only did the actual work cost us £1400 but it’s probably cost us another £250 in train fairs and loss of earnings. Avoid this place like the plague.

My car was booked in to have its suspension raised today, but when I got to the garage I was told that they couldn't fit me in, to a pre-booked appointment. They then went on to make remarks and laugh at my car for its modifications. I wasn't taken seriously and was also talked to as if I had no idea what I was talking about regarding my adjustable coilovers (I am young and female and judging by the way I was spoken to I'm guessing that was the reason). I was offered to come back in a couple days for them to take a look and not necessarily do the work. Overall I'm shocked by the treatment I got and will be looking elsewhere. Avoid if you have a modified car or if you want to be taken seriously.

Brought the car in for an unknown electrical issue, a broken bonnet latch, and a broken headlight.

The good:
- Provided a courtesy car upon request

The bad:
- Didn't seem to care much about sorting our issues out and communicating on progress/finding
- Pushed the ETA of being done back multiple times, car ended up being in 5 days instead of 2 and did not contact us about this, we had to chase
- Failed to diagnose electrical issue, though this could be understandable as it supposedly wasn't occurring when in the garage.
However, I had my trusted mechanic diagnose it only a few days later and he diagnosed it quickly, correctly and the fix was easy.
- Had a look at the bonnet latch and provided a workaround to open it but did not bother to fix it/replace the lock as requested. No explanation or apology given for that. Did not offer to get it done and keep the car in longer either.
- Ended up costing £130 to replace a lightbulb and time spent on diagnostics without result.

Do not recommend. We won't be going back there.

What a great service we had today. Needed a headlight bulb replaced and was finding it hard to find a garage open on a Saturday.
These guys were willing to help and managed to find a specialist bulb needed.
I recommend this garage to anyone.
