I had a dent in the bonnet of my car and they made an excellent job of sorting it out. They resprayed the bonnet and it blended in perfectly. Won't know there had been any damage. All done in a timely manner and very reasonably priced. I would recommend them.

Received quote and then they called me to say it will take 5h longer to repair the car and the price will increase by nearly £400 (!) exceeding the quotation from proper dealership garage. Refused to pay and they retuned the car with damaged computer system! Outrageous! Never again.

I charged my vehicle at their charging station and the extremely lovely owner let me use his wifi while I waited for my car to charge. He'd even been leaving for the day. Character of business owners is important and this gentleman impressed me!

Now I have to be careful here, £152 .92 just labour and vat (£84.95ph. To justify the hourly rate I was informed that Mercedes charge over £200ph, but as I reminded them I don't drive a merc), 1 1/2 hrs, to open a bonnet and replace a bonnet release cable (I supplied the cable).
I am still waiting on the bodywork quote I asked for which I was assured had been emailed to me. They refused to fit the ICE I had asked them to, although in hindsight I hate to think how much I would have been charged for that, so perhaps it was for the best.
They have lost my business, however on the bright side at least I can now open the bonnet.

Great garage, regularly take both my vehicles there. Always give good advice and are always willing to help. The main area for improvement I think is communication on progress of work and any delays.

Had some rust spots repaired, and now the car looks like new. Many thanks to the crew, great job, would recommend.

Absolutely amazing service so friendly and helpful! Came in tonight with a flat tire just before they closed and they replaced it for me straight away, I was 45 minutes from home and wouldn't have made it without their help can't thank them enough.
