My mot and service ,what a dream I just dropped off my car with the team at St Cross garage and they kindly provided me with a replacement vehicle whilst mine was in for its work. I told them there was no rush but by mid afternoon the car was ready and had a full year's mot too .
The whole experience was stress free and a pleasure to deal with such a helpful team of lads I will be going to book my next vehicle in soon and of course the price was very competitive too ,this is one of the many happy customers of this establishment.

I needed my break pads and disks done quickly. They got me in the morning after, were honest about the price and even topped up my engine for me for free. They were professiona, polite, and done within 3 hours. Would definitely recommend!

I am a disabled driver so my car is important . Dropped car off Wednesday to investigate fuel smell caused by leak in fuel filler pipe common issue also mentioned at drop off idle seemed a little erratic but vehicle was cold so not concerned . After day one claimed no leaks of fuel but had already explained there was no fuel leak it is a breather from tank issue as explained on phone and in person . Claimed they had checked but the rear panel in the wheel arch that Citroen claim need to be removed for access to view said issue had not been removed . Claimed lambda sensor was issue . So charged £70+ for £40 part that the car did not need . As the 300 yards from garage to home the car did not make stopping and cutting out at every junction smell of fuel they claimed was not there was over powering before I had even got to the end of the rd . I have the greatest respect for people doing a job many can't do but returning the car to me at 5:54 on a Friday in worse running condition then it went to them not carried out the basic job they were directed to based upon previous diagnosis of a common Citroen fault . The car will now have to be recovered to a respectable garage with the ability to follow basic instructions. And not just pile a job to make money . Please avoid at all costs . Or at very least have all there work counter checked by a professional . After a further inspection has been done the fault the garage booked the vehicle in for that was fuel filler pipe issue two independent professionals have viewed and mud covered body panels and clips have not been touched in any way as the inner wing would have had to be removed for any inspection to be carried out Citroen claim it would be impossible to view filler pipe without doing so . So it is concluded that this garage kept the vehicle three days after a four minute diagnostic check noted the engine had a historical issue so opted to fit the simple screw in part rather then the more lengthy correct repair the vehicle needed . I am at this point contacting appropriate garage license and inspection groups to ensure no further high risk or poor health clients get ripped off by these scam artists

We were visiting Winchester and had a problem with the drivers window being jammed open, St.Cross garage were really helpful and willing. Excellent service and a shame we don't live nearer otherwise they'd be our 'go to' garage. Many thanks again,

The driver's seat in my car became stuck in the recliner position after the circular knob stopped working. I phoned up four different garages, who all said that the issue would have to be dealt with by a dealership garage. I phoned the dealership to discover that they would want to run full 'diagnostics', and I'd be looking at a £200 bill.

I phoned St Cross Garage on the off-chance they could help. They said pop on down, and we'll take a look. I was immediately seen to, and they quickly pulled the knob off and uncovered that the plastic part had broken. After their advice, I'm now sourcing a replacement part online to fit myself -- £20.

I am so impressed by St Cross Garage's willingness to help! Rare in this day and age. A highly competent and friendly business in a beautiful setting.
