Really friendly, helpful couple. They have completed services and repairs on both of our cars, (Volvo & Fiesta. ) Would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.

Booked via Servicing Stop. Cooke's didn't bother with the pre-collection phone that's supposed to happen, so didn't know the road I'm on requires a parking permit. Due to this, when they did arrive they refused to take the car, offering a recollection which I couldn't accept as my MOT would have expired (I'd already been rebooked from the previous week). When asked which company they driver was from, he gave completely false details. Only found out it was Cooke's due to the address given by Service Stop. Given their approach and deceitful answer when asked for details, I wouldn't recommend this garage.

My favourite mechanics. Have used them almost five years. Always so helpful and have a collection and deliver back service.

Used this company through click mechanic a few years ago, I paid them to replace a seized caliper. Received my van back, nice new silver caliper. 6 months later, same problem. Took it to another mechanic and was told the caliper was never replaced as the rubber boots were too perished for a caliper less than a year old. Turned out they un seized the original caliper, painted it silver and charged me for a new one. I can't do much about this now, but I can warn others. AVOID at all costs!!!
