First time I've used this garage as I am new to the Stevnage area. They are RAC approved and did a great job fixing a major problem.

They gave me all the information regarding costs of parts, labour and the time it would take to fix. They kept me up to date with the repair and had my car ready when they said it would be.

Although it wasn't part of the job, I'm sure they also tightened up the handbrake and the clutch felt tighter as well.

Great job and will definitely use again.

Simply the best mechanic I have ever used. Hunts down and sorts issues like a terrier, where I had another auto electrician give up after a day trying to find source of issues . Honest and capable, would recommend without any reservations.

Turning up to a garage as a young woman is daunting, but I was quickly put at ease by all the friendly staff I came in contact with here. What I thought would be a big job turned out to be a quick fix, and they didn’t take the opportunity to take advantage of my cluelessness with cars! So lovely and professional to deal with. So glad to have found a friendly and trustworthy garage in Stevenage.

I took my Ford Focus in which had a number of issues and they were all sorted within a few hours. Very knowledgeable staff and the bill was very reasonable as well.

My daughters car was left in a dangerous condition following repair. Owner was completely unresponsive to complaint. Would strongly recommend to AVOID at all costs. Despite the disingenuous offer to discuss here, the owner still has not responded to multiple emails.
