Staff were friendly and new what they were talking about, however I felt a bit pushed out of the door, as the person said they were busy and not really interested and only spent a very small amount of time with me, and the trade in price was very poor. I will not be buying a vw.

Superb customer service and attention to detail.
I've been visiting Andy for over 25 years with a variety of VWs. He is a brilliant technician, always takes the time to greet me, to answer my questions and offer valuable advice. His huge knowledge of Volkswagens is impressive and his work is always faultless.
He recently fitted a remanufactured 2.1 DJ engine into my T25 Syncro Bus and I'm delighted with the engine, by Andy's mechanical expertise and with the fantastic quality of his work, as always. Andy consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure a proper job and a happy customer, and he is completely honest - a rare attribute these days.
I highly recommend Andy and Farnborough Volkswagen Centre.

Easy to find & very speedy service

If you love your VW and your usual MOT/service fella isn't quite as expert as you'd like, then Andy is the find you've been waiting for. Such a gent, always has time to talk, very understanding. Couldn't ask for more. Has been servicing my van for a few years now and she's never been better. This place is a hidden Jew that I wish I'd known about sooner!

Good, honest service and advice

What a hidden gem. Andy and his team know their way around a VW for sure. Serviced my 2018 Golf, gave me a great debrief of works done and picked up and dropped car back.
