They need to improve their customer service skills and be more sensitive in the needs of their client. I had to come back for the car to be seen and when I returned, nothing had been done. They need to communicate among themselves so that they are aware of the concern of the client. A negative experience that I do not want to repeat.

Son's windscreen wipers stopped working during heavy rain pour on his way to college. JC team managed to review, source part very quickly and fix problem. Very pleased with their help and attitude - definitely recommend.

Friendly staff and more importantly they know what they are doing and sorted the issues out quickly and efficiently. No hidden extras,everything explained in detail and surprisingly very good value considering the work that was done. Will definitely use again and recommend
