Hampshire Service Centre

Superb service from the team at the Hampshire Service centre. Prompt call back, friendly, booked in and then when they called me with the various work needed to stay safe, they were open with the options not simply trying to squeeze as much as possible. Will certainly use them again - highly recommended.

Highly professional, reliable and fairly priced. It’s hard to find a reliable garage. These guys have always helped me out. Peter certainly knows his stuff, much better then even Mercedes main dealer. Highly recommend it.

Had an oil leak from my SL and called up Hampshire service centre and they had me booked in within the week. They even collected and delivered my car for free as part of the service! The oil leak and subsequent transmission fluid top was all done by the next day! I can’t fault the service or the workmanship! Will be using them always as my regular garage!

I have used HCS for over 10 years and recommended them to my past company, but sadly the last two times I have put my car in, not only has the work not been carried out but parts in my car were broken, such as the Air Con dash - a crack in my dashboard.

I bought my CLK when it was two years old and take great pride in this car, which I felt HCS lacked, as she's old now!

I had said there was a grinding sound coming from the wheels at the front when putting the steering wheel on lock.. since having a horrific car accident in 1994, any noises scare me! This was not done; my steering wheel was covered in oil, and where I have OCD and my car is exceptionally clean, there were marks on the inside door trim where they would have kicked with their boot to open; my inside trim is grey fabric, I didn't want leather! I just felt that if your car is of a newer model, they take pride, but as mine is a 05 plate, there was no care! I don’t know what happened in the last two years, as before I had excellent service?

Thankfully I have found another mechanic who fixed all these problems and so much more; she drives like new, looks and sounds even better!

I did take photos, as I wanted to say something, but was afraid if I did that something would be done!

You can’t be loyal to HCS - best to bail if you feel you are not going the service, care and noticing things broken to move on!

Better than Mercedes retailer in my town, much more personal and friendly service here. They really care about your car and fix/service it in the best way. Second time here and I definitely recommend.
