MCS Garage services

I'm a disabled pensioner and cannot perform standard vehicle maintenance..except for topping up the radiator, screen wash and oil.

I emailed this company 4 days ago... and whilst my request wasn't going to make their next holiday, one to enjoy in the Bahamas...I would have thought that common business protocol, would at least warrant a reply...even in the negative?

Very poor customer service and not a company I will consider in the future.

Good honest car service.
They'll tell you how it is and will always do the work as cost effective as possible. I have my wife's and my BMW serviced there and my neighbor takes his Mercedes there.

Took my car for an MOT very last minute, the people that run this business are superb! The secretary is brilliant the owner the mechanics..... Brilliant people!

MOT failed and they quoted me a great price for repairs and was all done in less than 24hours. Will definitely be using again and recommending to everyone I know!
