Friendly and fair. Happily discussed work in advance and provided a quoted, which they then charged less than because it took less time. No problem booking it in (unlike sometimes weeks of delay with main dealers).

If you're trying to find them coming out of Basingstoke towards Newbury on the A339 they are remote (you'll need a lift back dropping off/picking up) and in the farm on the left you can easily see after a few minutes from the last roundabout. There's no sign for them but the farm is hard to miss.

First class service as always, thoroughly recommend for all your vehicle service/repair needs.

I cannot recommend Westech enough. Their service is miles better than a main dealer, they're honest and the prices are good too. They have looked after all my Beemers and also care for our other brands. If you use a BMW main dealer, then do yourself a favour and upgrade to Westech! You won't regret it, I promise!
