Staff were really unhelpful and told me there was nothing wrong with my car (which was incorrect). They behaved as though they'd done me a huge favour by cleaning a malfunctioning sensor during my warranty and said there was nothing more they could do.

When my car broke down a few days later, they claimed they were too busy to fit me in at all and the only availability they had was the day after my warranty expired. I took it to another garage who found the problem and it cost £100 to fix; this had clearly been the issue that should have been found when I came to this garage. I'm unsure whether it was lack of competence or lack of desire to carry out work under warranty but either way I'm out £100 and received little to no customer service for my trouble.

Overall really disappointing. Would not recommend.

This garage forges MOT's for Woodlands Car Sales. They removed the dangerous fault from my MOT without fixing it. I am reporting them to the DVSA.

We bought our first car 3 months ago. Its door had some funny noise in it while opening and closing. We informed them to do the repair before pick up as we live down south and its notworth travelling again and again to get it fix. We gave ample of time but the day of pick up it was not done neither the car was cleaned properly. They just oiled it for us saying its nothing much to worry about and you can get it fixed from local garage and we will pay the bill. When we did get it fixed from a local garage the bill costed us 80 pounds to which they denied to pay the amount and asked us to drive back to get it fixed which they knew was not possible for us. Neither they paid the 40 pounds they initally agreed on nor the full price .... why would you commit and make false claims if later it is not kept... we stopped chasing as it was obvious they sold the car so it was not their problem anymore...

Sorted my faulty exhaust pipe efficiently and at a very reasonable price. Been using Hart Motors for the last five years or so and always been very happy with their service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Took my car for an MOT & made the mistake of leaving my wife's spare car key in the car, two nights later her car was stolen from our drive and the key was missing from my car. My car only leaves the garage a few times a year on sunny days or for an MOT so this was not a coincidence!

Service was average. Car went in with one problem, came back to me with engine management lights still on. They re-ran diagnostics and failed to pick up the reason the lights were still on; simply re-set (or whatever it is to get the engine management lights off). There are better BMW specialist garages out there.

Without doubt the most expensive and least experienced garage in the area. They have plummeted from the top to the bottom. What a shame. They have self-destroyed by losing good staff and taking on guys with no idea. A guy with a beard came out and the guy on reception said ‘you don’t want him touching your car.’ But he’s out the back doing something I’d suggest. Be prepared to be ripped off after an MOT.
