Autovalue5 LTD

I took a vehicle in order to check an issue with my radiator, when I arrived I was ignored for around 10 mins before someone asked what my issue was. The gentleman whom was about to do a diagnostic on the issue seemed to be very irritated that I had suspected a problem and protested that it didn't need to be checked and that it was a waste of his time. I later discovered there was indeed an issue, as suspected and I got this resolved at another place for a better price.

This garage is a scam! Took my car in yesterday was having terrible noise from passenger front side was told it was lower arm. left it with them was told the work is completed collected today and paid only to come straight back as noise was still there they had done the work on the wrong side and now telling me I have to get the other side done I only wanted passenger side done! Which was supposed to be done and not drivers side. Please avoid this place they will change parts that don't need to be replaced to get more money out of you!

I poped in after having an issue with my mot and needed repairs doing. They fitted me in ASAP 2 days easter weekend. Only thing they asked was if I could get the part delivered. Very reasonable considering the 2 lads was flat out. They found another part that needed replacing and replaced it no issues. Good price. Genuine guys. I would definitely take my car there again as i dont feel I was ripped off and they advised everything that needed doing and did it. They are a small garage so u have to bare with them but they will get u sorted no issues

First time using Autovalue5 after hunting for a garage who would replace my metal brake hoses. They replaced those, my rear off side brake cylinder and gave my little car an MOT. Faultless and friendly. Reasonable price too. Will use again. Hetty and I are grateful. 👍🏻

Greg (the owner) was fantastic. I needed my van brakes doing as soon as possible, bearing in mind I phoned him late morning on a Friday, he pulled out all the stops and finished the job by 5pm that same day. I am self employed so needed my van quickly. Greg has done a first class job, would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Very rude and judgmental. Made me feel very uncomfortable as a female on their own going into the garage. It has recently been snowing so I felt the parking spot was hard to get into in case I slipped on the ice. The man was not happy he got angry rolling his eyes and throwing his arms about huffing. When I went to pick up my car he asked me if I had ever heard of cleaning. I have a horse so there was some mud in my car I can’t keep it spotless 24/7. It was even written in my MOT that the car was dirty inside which I don’t believe is necessary. Lastly he had unnecessarily ripped my car duck of the dashboard which I don’t even know why he needed to touch it. The duck had been there for 2 years so didn’t come of on its own. Would not recommend!

Got some modules to be reprogramed, literally 2 hours job at another garage, they accepted it, after chasing it for a week, they told me, they are missing a program to be able to do that, never mentioned that when accepted the job... low quality, no professionalism....

Visited and called afew times to make a booking for a car that i was told he can repair. Wasn’t treated like a customer and never booked me an appointment. Wont go there again
