I’ve had so many problems with my car and I’ve gone to these guys every time. Very good customer service and when they know you need your car back same day they work very quick but still to a high quality of work. Also have a courtesy car free of charge so I was able to get to work. Would recommend these guys to all my family and friends.

One of the top garages I came across. Had an issue with the gear box in my wife's Peugeot and went to them just to get it checked out. I felt confident leaving the car with them after talking to them and the issue. To my surprise they fixed the car on the same day. George is such a gentleman. I took my car into Essex Automatic Transmissions as my air con stopped working. After investigation the issue, they confirmed there was an issue with my Motor blower. It was a complexed issue to sort out as they needed a particular tool to fix the car, which a lot of land rovers branches within the area did not have. Essex Automatic went on to purchase the tool in order to fix the issue with my car. They were very professional, they kept me up to date with the progress of my car and prioritised my car to have it fixed as quickly as possible.

Sometimes, you have a problem that just needs a knowledgeable person to sort it out -today that person did that for me. Thank you. I hope that if I do need more than advise then I breakdown near Harlow again.

Can not praise these guys enough…

After my Jaguar Xe had broken down on Monday after my car being stuck in “park mode” it was recovered to Essex Auto Transmissions on the Tuesday, the part was ordered, fitted and I had the car back by Friday morning!

An amazing job done in such a quick time frame, most appreciated and will definitely recommend, one very happy customer.

Great service picked up car from Ford quoted price was the price paid and even picked me up from station to save me a cab fare could not ask for more always kept us updated too. A pleasure to use them highly recommended.
