Fantastic. I had to get something fixed urgently, not only did he fix it very quickly, he was open and honest about all part prices and only sourced genuine parts.

I had to take the car back a week later due to a small tweak and he spent all morning on it and didn't charge.

Highly recommended.

BEWARE Utter disappointment. My car bumper needed fixed, the mechanic working on the job just pushed it so hard that the hooks on retainer broke down. Instead of removing the nuts, putting back the bumper in the retainers slot, the used unnecessary force. The mechanic glued the bumper to the car body and charged me the usual fee. By the time I got home, the glue came off and now I have to buy bumper Support, which they broke in first place and go to another mechanic to fix it.
I went to them the next day and they agreed that they broke the bumper retainer by mistake and they glued the bumper. The mechanic (boss - Mr Tarek Boulakaab) knew about it and instead of ordering a new part, he just allowed it to be glued. Later on he asked me to buy a new bumper retainer and that they will fix it for free..
These people are extremely non professional. Better go to mechanic you can trust. They are absolutely non trustworthy people. And will robe you for money with their extremely disappointing services. If you like your car, don't ruin it by going to them.
I cant now trust the reviews online, as this mechanic already have 5 star reviews.

I have been using Raynor for 5+ years now. I have taken BMW's, Porsche's and Mini's to them with multiple issue from small knocks, to major issues with soft tops leaking and not closing. They are very helpful, the owner fills you with confidence and is incredibly friendly and easy to work with. Have recommended them to many people and will continue to do so.

Had an MOT for my car here and they advised it failed and I had to order a new Sub frame myself from ebay! I showed the mechanic the one I was going to order and he said it was the correct one. When it came in I took my car down and they quoted all repairs were £360 with the new sub frame costing me £170! They had my car and the sub frame from 8am in the morning and at 4pm they told me the sub frame would not fit. I asked why they couldn’t order the part originally as I am not a mechanic and they said it would take too long! They had done nothing to my car and I couldn’t pick it up until the next day! It has cost me £30 to send the sub frame back and I have paid another mechanic £300 to do all the repairs and to weld the sub frame! These guys are cow boys do not use!

Been going there for about 3 years now & they've always been absolutely amazing!!! They source parts at record speed & fit them in record speed! Tariq is always lovely! Paul is a great mechanic and gives great advice! Took the car in on Tuesday, parts were sourced and fitted by Thursday, the same week!!! Took it in Friday afternoon for something else & it was fixed on the spot! Can't speak high enough of the Raynor team!!! Receptionist is also absolutely lovely! :)

Wouldn't recommend! I went here for an MOT back in August, booked in three weeks prior with Tarik as I live 30 mins away but was recommended this garage by a close friend. When arriving at 930am, I was told Tarik was away on holiday and I wasn't booked in! Was only able to be seen at 1230pm due to a cancellation. When MOT finally was done, it had failed due to emissions (its an old car so thought that's fine) but also due to window wipers not clearing properly and washer fluid not working. Both working the morning of due to me having to clear my screen going down the A1. They obviously had broken these and tried to pass the buck! Also felt, because I'm a woman I was treated differently due to 'not knowing much about cars'. When car finally did pass the MOT the next day, my wipers had been installed back to front and was told that, that is how the model is supposed to be. By this point I had, had enough and just wanted to pay and leave! I checked later that evening with my cars manufacturer that they indeed were lying about the installation of the wipers. Overall, really pour communication and not very trustworthy!!! Would not recommend and won't be going back!!
