First time using Paul Spalding. Very impressed. Friendly efficient service carried out. Remedial work carried out quickly and to a high standard. Reasonably priced too but don't tell them in case they put their prices up. Will certainly use again.

You just can’t get better customer service, reliable repairs, pricing, efficiency anywhere else. I always drive away feeling happy as these guys will always do their best.
I’ve been taking my wife’s car and my car to this garage for about two years now.

Have used Paul spaldings for many years now from servicing,MOT and for parts never had a problem always helpful.

As a f/t working single mum, life can be a struggle, when kindness and empathy is shown to you, it's appreciated.
Paul and his partner are 2 AMAZING humans, especially Paul who shocked me recently with his level of kindness towards a complete stranger (me). I have had two dealings with Paul and on each occasion, he shocked me with his moral, integrity and kindness.
I have found a mechanic for life!!

I would highly recommend anyone to Paul Spalding he is such a helpful and caring person .
His manager Mike is so helpful and polite the mechanics do a very good job and you can talk to them and they will show you the defects on your vehicle if needed .
We are a three car family and they all come here for Mots and maintenance .

All in all a very professional Garage and competitive prices for parts and labour .

I couldn’t speak more highly of this garage. My husband has used it for many years and won’t go anywhere else but sent me down one morning to get the underside of the car sorted as the engine cover had dropped down after scrapping on a curb edge. The car was seen straight away and sorted free of charge - I was happy to pay for their time but the gentleman at the main desk would hear of it - first class service indeed! Thank you so much!

First let me say that in life if you expect to be treated with respect, then you have to offer it. I have read a few reviews on here that have said the owner and staff are rude. Nothing could be further from the truth. I used Paul Spalding following a recommendation from a friend to have my Aygo serviced. What absolutely lovely people this outfit has working in it. The are courteous, professional and very warm individuals. The car was done on time and running very smoothly. I would have no hestatation in recommending this garage to anyone who doesn't want to be ripped off. The service they offer is cheaper than most ,without cutting corners. My thanks to Paul and Michael for a great job and a laugh to be had to boot!

The team were extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to fit us in quickly and figure out the problem and get it fixed. When we went to collect the van, we asked them to explain the problem and they were really patient and kindly took the time to bring out the old part to show us what was wrong and answer our questions. Excellent service, thanks!
