They took the car elsewhere for the MOT and I'm not convinced they did anything more than an oil & filter change for the service. Four stars may be slightly generous but largely because they were friendly.

The team at Phillip's motor services were fantastic. The plastic casing under the engine of my Toyota had come loose and I needed to drive back to London. I asked for advice and David fixed it for me on the spot. He refused any payment! The team were superb; courteous and professional!!! Thanks so much

Quick diagnosis and only needed to replace a fuse as my indicator lights weren't working. Did it in 5 minutes and didn't even charge me. Great, friendly and trustworthy service from the best garage in Fleet.

We were let down badly by this garage. Last August they replaced a thermostat, but soon after the car began to overheat on long journeys. It was a broken cooling fan but they failed to diagnose it, even after being told repeatedly the exact details of what happened when the car overheated. They replaced the expansion tank instead which wasn't damaged. Eventually car overheated one evening on the M25 and RAC was called out. It took the engineer 2 minutes to diagnose. We returned to Phillips; they replaced the fan and, to be fair to them, didn't charge for labour. Unfortunately, the new thermostat failed after less than 4000 miles. We took it to another garage to replace as our confidence was being eroded in Phillips. I returned the failed thermostat to Phillips expecting them to approach their parts supplier as it was still under warranty. They have refused to engage. My guess is they use inferior parts. A part should not fail after 6 months or 4000 miles.
