Fleet Service Centre

Excellent service from Clive and his team. I was kept informed of any issues that arose during the work, and given good advice. Their 'lift & collect' service was also fantastic, meaning that I just dropped my vehicle to them in the morning, then they gave me a lift to work, and came and collected me again once my vehicle was ready. I will definitely be using them from now on for all my repair and servicing needs.

This was our first time using Fleet Service Centre and Ryan and his team were so friendly. They replaced our front bulb with minimal fuss & we were on our way immediately. We are definitely coming back here again!

I had my car Service and engine management faults, nice blokes, reasonably priced and a very good service. 👍

Took two vehicles in for air con recharges, both done very quickly and the results are brilliant. Very helpful with advice on wheel bearings on my Jeep. Nice to find a place that has old fashioned values and customer service.

Absolutely shocking service. Constant lies and broken promises, when you ask to speak to a manager you get told that nobody is available and nobody ever calls you back. We will never purchase another Ford.

The response from Ford when trying to raise a complaint -

"I requested your manager call back but in this instance the issues do not justify receiving a call back so a manager will not be in contact regarding this case"

They don't even know what my complaint it, nor will they even listen.

Omg what a place. Took my car for MOT yesterday and it failed. Contacted these guys on recommendation. They fitted me in today. Fixed the faults then took it for another MOT. It passed.
These guys are fair. Understanding helpful. Friendly and above all honest.there work is incredible They have a new customer with me and I will highly recommend them to others.

Always do a good job

After being messed around by another Fleet based garage for 1.5 days. Fleet services solved my problem within 2 hours. Nice people, professional, and you can tell they are very honest. Unlike the other garage I will be visiting again with all my families cars when problems arise.... Can't recommend enough.
