Before visiting, I had many questions regarding which service items they used (Oil, Oil Filter, Air Filter etc). They answered my questions professionally and quickly. I was happy to learn they used Mann Oil filters and I provided my own fully synthetic Mobil oil and air filter as these were not included for my vehicle.

The price for a service at £45 is very good value which includes an Oil, Oil Filter and Air filter change. (You will have to bring your own or pay a surcharge for fully synthetic oil and an Air filter). Even after factoring these costs in, the service is very good value.

Upon arrival the mechanics and reception staff were helpful.

There is a waiting room available.

Card is accepted here and they do give you a detailed receipt including the work they have done which is useful to keep should you sell the car.

I went home and rechecked fluid levels and they were topped up as stated.

If other mechanical work is priced as reasonably as the service, I will definitely be coming back.

I do not recommend ! They canceled the service as for grain, claiming that they exchanged everything. And today I am at the mechanic's, as it turned out, the oil is not replaced at all, the same filters, little was found in the oil, metal pieces.

Had booked in with a different local garage who, due to circumstances out of their control, were unable to complete the repairs on time.
They contacted VTS and asked if they could get the work done ASAP.

I gave the green light for this to be done at 10am and by 4pm the work was done.
Really impressed as it wasn’t a quick job - clutch replacement on a van.
Really good communication, highly recommended.

Tried VTS on the off chance as my car was faulty on my way to work. They fit me in as an emergency last minute job and were super efficient and so helpful. Dealing with Sarah was always a very pleasant experience and I will happily take my car there again if needed.

I have used their service three times in recent years. The first two are quite good. But the recent one has problems. After the service, about 1-2 day later my engine warning light keep flashing, using OBD reader I got the code, finally I found the back pressure pipe had been plug out and did not put back. Also, they replaced my brake. When I done the MOT, the MOT tester said "the new brake needs adjustment"...

I highly recommend VTS. I have been using them for a few years for 2 of my cars and they’ve been excellent with servicing, timely return and feedback.
