What a fantastic service from Alex when my car wouldn't start. He had a spare 10 mins in between other jobs to drive to me, jump start the car and give good advice. He asked me to ring the next morning if it didn't start again - which it didn't - so he ordered me a new battery which he fitted by lunchtime. Whilst doing that he also checked and pumped my tyres and sorted out a leaky roof. Gold star 🌟 customer service, highly recommended.

I was completely supported, when I was devastated due to a major engine issue with my Volvo XC60; the breakdown was absolutely not my fault but due to unreliable cheap part used by a, ‘Popular’ branded car company service provider... At Sponge and Spanner, Mr Alex and Mr Steve assured me and fixed the major engine work in just a day !!! just half the price of the quote given by the so called branded garage, continue your service guys ....much appreciated and highly recommended...cheers
