Having been recommended to see Ross about my car, he's gone out of his way to get the job done. Totally honest and knowledgeable, he's a great mechanic. There's no reason for him to have inconvenienced himself to accommodate me other than that he's just got a heart of gold. He always explains to me what he's doing or has done which is very helpful. I find he does what he says he's going to do in a timely manner.
His work ethic is amazing, and is something to be admired.

i have spent my working life in and controlling a Mercedes workshop , i carried out all of my own repairs and servicing but due to injury i am no longer able to carry out most repairs, it is hard for me to "let go" so to speak, and let someone else carry out the work for me.
It is very hard to accept that i have to now trust someone else carry out the work , but i can not be happier to let my pride and joy to be serviced and looked after by Ross at R.S Autos, i am now looking at the possibility of Ross looking after my 2nd pride and joy a Holbay MV6 3.2 , and will not hesitate to recommend Ross to friends and family ,
i would like to take this time to thank Ross for his attention to detail and skill level along with a very courteous manor and nothing is to much attitude

Ross has been extremely helpful and honest. He's explain clearly what his limitations are (electrical issue with my car) and what's next. Charged really competitive rates. I fully recommend.
