We had a really great experience here, as the service offered was just incredible. Our car broke down on a Friday evening, while we would have needed to wait days till the Ford dealer in town could service us, Haynes offered us a solution right away. We could continue our trip back to Germany just hours later. Our local Ford dealer mechanic confirmed us, that he did a great job, on an unordinary engine failure. Thanks again. We really appreciated your service.

Working 100 miles from home and my car starts making this dreadful racket. Took it to Kev who looked at it straight away. He had a good idea what the problem was and was able to get it in his workshop the next morning. The problem was diagnosed very quickly and was repaired by the end of the day. The cost was reasonable, the service was excellent and Kev is a really nice guy as well. Would recommend K Haynes Auto Repairs to anyone.

Kev was fantastic and very thorough with explaining what was wrong with my car. I was very impressed when he said the car was done within 3 days and the scope of his talents. As I had called a few garages prior who all said they were unable to do the job related to the clutch and gear box. He also pointed out a few basic maintenance issues, a garage 1 month before I visited had missed in the servicing, which he kindly did for me too related to the lights and oils. I could not be happier with the outcome, he is amazing!! :)

I initially choose this Auto Garage based on Rating I saw on google search. Following telephone contact and requesting help with the problems I was experiencing with my car. We arranged a suitable time for me to drop my car off.
Upon meeting Kevin he was prompt and thorough with his understanding of my explanations.
Kevin did not only take what I explained but carried out a full assessment of the car. He was authentic with his provision of service from start to end and he was exceptional.

MOT failed and Kevin took care of the repairs and then went above the call of duty by taking my car for the retest and pass. Brilliant service!!!
