John - 100% integrity and honesty. Huge experience. A brilliant team.They go beyond to make sure all customers leave happy. Use them. I wish I'd found Archway sooner. Very, very reasonablly priced too.
(Fun story...I have kids, and a Honda Accord Estate. Two years ago it developed a weird sound...under the wheel, like a ball bearing rolling from one side to the other as I steered. It has been driving me MAD forever. Nobody could find the source of the problem. Archways mechanics all got their heads together and found out it wasn't under the wheel at all, but under the seat. They took the seat out. There were 4 glass marbles under the seat (thanks kids). I left delighted. But as soon as I turned a corner the sound was still there! I went right back. We took the seat out again. More glass marbles were INSIDE the cars chassis! Two of them. The lengths we went to get them out were comical in retrospect, but we got them. I love driving my car again. It no longer sounds like it's falling apart! What a team. That's the difference. Huge thankyou John and everyone at Archway.)

Couldn't fault Archway Autos. Fantastic service!! An honest and great family business who provided regular feedback on the issues with my car. All resolved and one happy customer . I would highly recommend this garage.

John and his team were professional, accommodating and honest. I went in for a 2nd quote and John was able to repair the issue immediately and it was a fraction of my original quote. I will most certainly be returning to Archway Automotive for any mechanical issues I may have with my vehicle in the future including my next MOT.

Best garage we've ever used! Everyone here is really friendly. They'll explain exactly what's going on with your car so you know what's happening and why, putting you at ease. Beyond that they really will go the extra mile to help you out. Can't say enough positive things really! Thanks for all your help!

John and the team have been looking after my cars for years. Always an excellent service, kind with advice and generous with knowledge. I cannot recommend them highly enough but my mum, who also uses Archway Autos, would definitely try!
