Autocare (Canterbury)

I have used Autocare for a number of years, for both my wife's, and my own cars, and have always been pleased with the service and advice provided. An honest garage,
whose prices are fair, and at times, have even saved me money where I have asked for unneeded work to be carried out, and they have advised me that it would not been needed until a future service visit.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Happy to chat through issues and clearly document everything on the invoice. All round good service

Was told a price over the phone by one of the staff members and in reality they have charged a lot more.

When I brought this up, I was told that was an apprentice
and he did not know what he was talking about, that he was confused, although we had a clear conversation.

I would avoid this garage at all cost!

A very good garage offering a lot of services and great customer service.

Garage was able to fit me in quickly. However, they didn’t listen to me when I reported what was wrong with the car, they decided they had ‘fixed’ my car after repeating steps I had already taken and clearly didn’t test the vehicle properly. I felt as if I was talked down to and when I came to pick the car up I received some snide comments. I actioned their recommendations. Which lead to my car breaking down in the middle of a roundabout. Overall felt I wasn’t taken seriously.

I have been using Autocare for the past few years now. On every occasion my car has been serviced to a high standard with no delays. Their service is impeccable! Recently having a huge problem with my car which unfortunately ended up going back to the main dealership… Autocare helped me so so much. They recognised the problem, advised me what to do and helped me pursue things further with the dealership. Autocare do not con people, they care and understand the frustration and anger that we have when everything goes wrong. They are very very honest and what you see is what you get. The team are absolutely amazing! Russell, Dan…. the whole lot of them! Thank you so so much!

I'm a big fan of this garage. The owner is very friendly and approachable. Doesn't make you feel stupid for not knowing much about cars (which is me!)
I've bought several second hand cars from the garage and they have been brilliant. Great value and solid dependable cars that have lasted me a long time.
