Thank you Smarty’s Autos for amazing customer service. I took my car to Smarty’s out of the blue with a problem thinking there would be quite a few days wait until they could look at the car. Not only did they look at it straight away but they fixed it up so that it could be driven away the same day. They kept me informed throughout and pulled out all the stops to help get the car back on the road. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Brilliant service had from the team today. Turned up on the off chance this morning after my car started playing up last night, they had it diagnosed within minutes and fixed by the end of the day. Totally reasonable rates would recommend.

Colin has been our mechanic for many years and dealt with many issues with our often quite old cars. He has always been very polite, accommodating and a genuinely nice guy as well as doing a terrrific job at a good price. We wouldn't go anywhere else even though it''s a 25 minute drive from our house.

I think highly of Colin. I'm a bit of a petrolhead and own three cars including a ten year old Porsche 911. Colin does the majority of work on it for me and I trust him with it. He is very knowledgeable, straightforward and down to earth. He gives good advice when needed.

I drive an import car and having sourced the parts myself, requested them to fit for me. Having put the car on the ramp they showed me exactly where the problem was and fitted the parts I provided the same day(due to an opening in their diary) which solved the issue I was having. I was charged the quoted price and collected my car that afternoon. Needless to say I am a very happy customer.

excellent service very reasonable price would highly recommend fixed my problem but also went out of his way to mend other minor problems with no extra charge would never go anywhere else exceptional
