Have visited Volksline with my 1.6 MK6 Bluemotion on a few occasions and have always been treated in the most friendly and professional manner. I was able to meet everyone, including the mechanics that worked on my car, and even had a friendly chat with the owner and manager whilst I was waiting. Having been in business over 30 years now, he enjoyed speaking to me about how much VW has changed over the years.

Volksline understood that I was a student on a tight budget and gave me the best deal on my repair and parts, the best I could find in Canterbury! (And I did look).

Truly a perfect experience, can’t knock it! Will be visiting them again if ever I have any problems in future (fingers crossed).

While stuck in a traffic jam my car overheated and luckily, I was outside this garage. I pulled onto their drive and lifted my bonnet. I was immediately greeted and helped without even walking into their reception. They took my car into the workshop and found the problem within 10 minutes and took the time to explain this to me even though it was close to their closing hours.
The part I needed was ordered for the next day and I had my car back by half 11 the next morning. The staff were very friendly and the service was great. Couldn't fault.

Brilliant job done by Audi technical staff Andy and John Thanks just drove to Essex like a dream car new Duel mass flywheel and starter motor well impressed.

Purchased a Blue Polo Reg: SA55 KVO

Told me that there was nothing wrong with my car and that it was all in my head. It took for me to return 3 times and show my car bunny hopping up the road for him to end up giving me a refund. - 2 days later - they put the car back up for sale!

Not worthy of even one star. Management only interested is taking as much money off you as possible. Trading under more than one name.
