Top quality MOT examination. Very honest firm, good service and very friendly people. The MOT inspection was done, they delivered the vehicle on time and I got a great feedback about the car conditions. Over the last 4 years I have gone to different places and always left feeling that I got things done to the car that weren't needed. I'm surely coming back to FC Parry, in fact, if something goes wrong with my car I will surely bring it here for fixing.

Seem a very friendly and honest garage (recently moved to Esmond Road). Ferny was very helpful in providing advice for an electrical fault I was having fixed at Dees/Ford Wimbledon about 3 months back on our Ford Focus, and so we went to him 2 weeks back to check the brakes (MOT in March warned 'front pads wearing thin', though we only average 5000 miles a year so it was appropriate to wait some time).

He asked us to leave the car with him for a few hours and he'd be happy to check this for us, free of charge. The outcome was a very honest "come back in 3000 miles," and that all was fine at the moment.

Naturally his prices are far more reasonable too - Dees/Ford Wimbledon quoted £172 for front pads in Feb 2014 during the service claiming they were 70% worn (which must still be safe/usable as the MOT a month later only advised about this and did not fail), whereas Ferny quoted a similar price for front and rears (both sets of prices include labour). He advised that the rears would need changing too in 3000 miles, which seems reasonable as we've never had to do them in the 5 years we've had the car (driven 25,000 miles approx).

Definitely see myself going back to him for the brakes and all future repairs. (Also came recommended from a friend who lives locally in Putney.)

I took my car here Looking at the 5 stars reviews.. Honestly BIG Mistake!!!!

I took my car for a service which I had bought second hand recently Last service on the car was late 2013 so it was surely due for service.
Reported few issues which I wanted them to look at.
These guys kept the car for the whole day and only looked at the door issue.
At the end of the day said car didn't need any service at all and charged me labour for door issue £165.

They assumed me that they looked at the car inside out and report was good.

Not convinced I took it to a specialist and he confirmed that car was due for a service and guess what door had to be fixed again.

I would say save yourself and Try another place!!!!!

Was looking for a fast MOT on my car and chose Parry based on the reviews. I'm very glad I did. Very easy, very efficient and a pleasure to deal with, as well as dropping my motor back for me as I live locally. Would highly recommend.

Having bought a car recently, I was looking for a garage around our place. After all the positive reviews, our experience was disappointing. After making the booking, we brought the car in the morning and we were promised that it'd be ready in the evening. It wasn't and we needed to proactively call for this information. We picked up the car the next evening hearing that there's a faulty part and they need to order it. They promised they'll call us in a few days to let us know how it goes. After a week, we (again) called them ourselves - still the same "we'll let you know, we'll get back to you in a day or two", but we didn't hear back from them. After another two weeks and a few more calls from our side (without any result), we decided to bring the car to another garage. I'm really sorry to write this review, but this isn't the service I'd expect from a 5-star place.

Ferny,Stan,Mike and all the other stooges at this establishment are, in my opinion, the best knowledgeable mechanics in London regarding Classic, performance and odd cars. They have a solution for most problems in a short time. they are also the most flexible workers and are happy to work under the most strange circumstances. Whatever your problem it will be sorted. If you are a woman it would benefit you if you are an experienced pillion rider. I would also like the opportunity to ask Ferny if he's seen my Bentley lately.. Take care all of you guys from Hans

Been taking my cars to Ferneys garage for years, even after moving out of the area. Was a bit intimidated my first time as my old banger was rubbing tyres with top end motors like Bentleys and Porsches, but both the car and I were very well treated. Very knowledgeable staff and excellent work.

Ferney and his team are super. Very honest and pragmatic - I’ve taken my cars here for nearly ten years, and my old banger Ferney was quite pragmatic about whether to replace things or just let it wear a bit longer, and whether I “really” needed the OEM parts or a cheaper alternative. We have the same frank discussions about my newer shinier car too! :)
