I have used GSF Motor Works twice now with impeccable service both times from a very efficient garage. The first time with an MOT my car was failing and needed attention for a trip, major service done over two days and car ran perfectly after. The second time after a small accident I had and wheels needed aligning, brakes replaces, two new tyres and some other electrical work; and again, very fast service and at a fair price. I am on a budget and the mechanics tried to help as much as possible. Great service. I highly recommend GSF Motor Works.

This garage charged me £480 for a DPF regeneration.
I don’t know if this price is honest but I’d let someone else tell if it is. I just have a feeling that I was ripped off. Check the invoice I attached.

Update 14th June : (since they won’t allow me to reply) not even a day and the fault has come back up. I get charged £480 for nothing. A hard earned £480

Update 15th June: I’ve managed to speak to Yanis who handled my car, and I must be honest, he explained to me thoroughly about why the price is the way it is. It was emotional on my part due to me having a similar issue that I had to pay Audi Coulsdon thousands ££ for in December.
But I must apologise to Yanis & the team, and appreciate the honesty. I am very confident that they take pride in their customers and their job. Though I may not be happy with the circumstance with my car I’m glad we had a chance to rectify any issues between us. Very professional

My Mercedes needed a service plus a gearbox oil/ filter change . After reading reviews i decided to email for a quote . a quick response and surprised by the price compared to a main dealer i decided to book car in .
I dropped car of first thing in the morning and it was ready by 2 that afternoon nice & clean .
I noticed straight away how the car was running and how smooth the gears changed ( automatic ) .there was a little hiccup with the resetting of the service setting but after dropping car back in this was sorted quickly .
Overall im very pleased with the work and customer service provided . Will def use again and highly reccommended.👍

Really good experience. They found the problem whereas Mercedes had told me it was not worth repairing. They kept me updated, everyone there is friendly.

I went to this garage earlier in the year as my EPC and engine light on my Audi TT came on. I was advised my spark plugs needed changing which I gave permission to do all 4 at £300 including diagnostics charge. Last month, I had the same problem but went to a local garage who advised the same, I then told them I had all my spark plugs changed about 6 months ago and whether it was normal to get these charged again so soon? They advised only two of these were actually new and then showed me the two that hadn't been changed when I went to collect my car. I then emailed GSF Motor Works on 26/10/2022 explaining the situation and that I shouldn't be paying for a job that wasn't carried out properly in the first place and as a result, now costing me double! I didn't even receive an acknowledgment to my email. I called on 04/11/2022 and the first person I spoke to didn't know what I was talking about but his response was ' all spark plugs come in a pack so we would replace all of them and I've got a Mercedes here that needs 20 changing so they'll come in a pack etc' I couldn't care less if you had a Ferrari/Lamborghini/Porsche/Ford Fiesta - that should be the process yes, but I've had the same issue again so this clearly hasn't been done otherwise I wouldn't be in the same position again 6 months later? I then spoke to Yannis who was 'responding to my email as we spoke', and was then forwarded an email that was 'sent to me' acknowledging my email after I said I had 0 acknowledgment which is nowhere to be found in my inbox. I eventually received an email showing attachments of proof that the spark plugs were ordered which is great however, where is the proof they had been fitted in my car? I was told this is 'Impossible' and still haven't been given an explanation as to how I am in the same position I was 6 months ago or even a solution?

They work on my porsche 991 and my toyota prius prices are good but it's the service and care they give that makes them stand out. You always feel they are honest and not there to rip you off. A garage you can trust is a rare gem

Very helpful and friendly service. Managed to squeeze me in even though they had a lot of jobs on. There was a nice waiting area and they texted me as soon as the car was ready. Would highly recommend them.

They fitted 4 new tyres on my Smart car, switched on customer service, prompt job and I'm very happy with the whole thing. In fact asked reception to give me a quote for my next service and MOT there. 🙂
