Very rude and impolite. Each time I take my car for repair some new problem comes up after like they intentionally do something so I have to bring the car back for them to charge me more money. Very rude service and the person I dealt with shouts and talks extremely rude to me as a customer.

1 star for unprofessionalism.
I saw one of the Mechanics at Waytune smoking in my car while he drove it onto the ramp.

I've been servicing my car at Waytune for the last 5years, this year I decided to go to a different garage. I am very disappointed to say that Waytune has never change my pollen and fuel filter. This was only brought to my attention by the mechanic at the new garage. The spark plug was also worn and old even though it was change last year.

I will not be going back to this garage and I do not recommend this place for anyone.

It was a great experience to get my Car's service and MOT done here. was thorough, professional and communication was great.
specially [MAN] has a great customer service, he explained everything to me. i would be happy to use again!!

Excellent customer service.

Following investigation by this garage my car needed a new fuel pump.
Kept updated at all times and had the repair done in good time.
Happy with the garage and my car is running well.
I highly recommend this garage.

Thought I had a major issue, but diagnosis over the phone & in person proved otherwise. Repaired in 24 hours & at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend & will use again! 👌🏾

Be very careful about this garage, used to be ok but now is certainly a place to avoid. Went in for interim service in April and was told that nearside suspension needs replacing, so spent another £500 to get it done, and only found car wriggling/shaking slightly when turning afterwards. Yes it's my fault that I didn't bring back straight away, as it's very subtle, but went back a couple of months later, prepared to pay extra for any repairs, booked appointment and as soon as I mentioned this happens after they replaced suspension, the guy got incredibly difficult, insisted to have his lunch and asked me to wait in freezing snowy cold, and eventually asked me to come back the other day. Later he did the diagnosis and confirmed everything is fine, but MOT results said the opposite. Went to the other garage to get it fixed, and they said it's very likely that the previous garage damaged it when replacing the suspension. Not sure they did it on purpose preying for more money to fix more issues they created and being completely dishonest, or they are just purely incompetent, either way, definitely a garage to avoid at all cost.

Great communication and customer service, at the end they told me exactly what problems they found and how they fixed it. Had my car for a year now and I don't think it's ever driven as good as it does now. Prices are great and definitely value for money. They also called me up half way and asked if I wanted an additional service doing, which I really appreciated as it saved me a second trip! Can't fault anything, first service I've had since moving to the area and glad I chose Waytune.

I am very disappointed to learn that Waytune Auto services has been swindling me as a customer for that past several years. I have receipts to prove that they have charged me for parts and services that were not actually received. After every annual service conducted at Waytune, the car felt no different. So for this years annual service I decided to use a different garage and it turns out my suspicions were true.

I went to a garage in Greenwich with great reviews instead and they performed the annual service. After the service was done and I went to pick up the car, they showed me the old parts that were changed.

- Oil filter
- Fuel filter
- Spark plugs
- Cabin filter
- Air filter

The parts I had been charged for by Waytune had not been changed for several years! Each part has a date of manufacture and are ordered on a per job basis. I could not believe what I was seeing.

I have attached photos of the parts and invoices for proof. I will leave it to the court of public opinion to decide on this.
